I appreciated the helpfulness and kindness of the morning staff in the restaurant. the room was amazing. the spa facilities were great. the view and closeness to the beach were great. It was a very convenient location for enjoying the coastal scenery.
The doors were slamming all night. I didn't have a good sleep. i think the hotel should add some door closers.

The pool and jacuzzi were nice features. I enjoyed the pool's refreshing temperature. the hotel also features a photo booth, a lovely extra touch. there is also a bay bar that sells amazing cocktails.

The large balcony room provided a cosy atmosphere. the room contained a beautiful freestanding bath overlooking the sea. a separate spacious enclosed shower. lovely decor and views over the beach were included. It was fantastic.

every staff member i encountered was helpful. the bar offered fine views, with staff creating personalized cocktails. the spa experience was nice, and i took advantage of the gym equipment. breakfast selections were delicious, especially the fresh fruit options.
the parking spaces felt VERY tight, making maneuvering a bit challenging.

the location was excellent for fistral beach and the coastal path. the staff were helpful and friendly to all guests. breakfast was superb and worth the little extra, they offering many choices.
the bathroom needs some TLC, I saw the bath had a rusted hole and markings. at nighttime, the music in the bar was loud, this wasn't expected at a spa hotel. the spa facilities needs updating, this seems overpriced.

the room felt dated, with a less than perfect bed made from two singles pushed together. the kettle was also broken. a car park view from the balcony was not relaxing at all.

The staff members at the reception desk were excellent. They were very friendly and helpful.
I took advantage of the spa while there. I would say, that was a bad use of hard-earned money. The entire massage felt as if i was being merely moisturized with no actual massage occurring (i asked for more pressure at some point). This was very disappointing.

the staff, the reception team was helpful! the breakfast was amazing with a wide selection. the location offers fine views of fistral beach from the sea view rooms and i found everything super clean.
I noticed a slight issue. The parking spaces were quite tight.
